Based on reality exploration and reading, we identify the hidden potentialities of communities through the presence of natural leaderships and reactive agents who, duly oriented, become development poles and models to follow by their communities. Therefore, the community participate in its own development and progress through the empowerment o gradual cession of power to those people or agents who are able to lead processes requiring commitment that will bring about results at short, medium, and long terms.
We want to become a leading non-governmental organization in terms of organization of community processes so we become the model to follow by other communities that also have similar plans of progress in their human development, health, education, housing, and business projects.
