Create community companies that are self - sustainable in time, whose development is based on integrated sets of projects in order to invigorate the economy of each pertaining micro-context where strategies aiming at the breakage of the poverty cycle are detected, formulated, and applied. Promote the healthy development of a community, dynamic at social and economic levels which, in turn, will classify this NGO as a leader in community – based development processes at municipal, regional, national and international levels.
